Breathing

I can help you regain confidence through breathing and diaphragmatic release. Breathing is linked to our brain via the vagus nerve. By controlling our breathing, we can influence our mental and physical state. Learning to breathe correctly and release tension in the fascia and diaphragm improves chest mobility, lung function, pelvic health, spinal health and flexibility in the posterior chain. Diaphragmatic release and conscious breathing affect the parasympathetic nervous system and regulate emotions. Well-being increases, stress and anxiety decrease, and concentration and resilience improve. You will be able to regain your calm whenever you need to.

It is the cornerstone of a healthy lifestyle, the foundation from which we can redefine our lives, strengthen our minds and bodies, and achieve well-being. 
Nutritional therapy is individualised and based on macro-nutrition, micro-nutrition and supplementation to promote health, wellbeing and performance. It is a holistic approach that takes into account each person's specific needs. Eating healthily and consciously allows you to regain health, energy and wellbeing. At reclaimed, we don't believe in diets, but in sensible, balanced eating for life.

The importance of abdominal muscles goes far beyond their aesthetic appeal. 
I am here to help you strengthen your core and regain a functional pelvic floor. I combine fundamental breathing work with hypopressive gymnastics and functional exercises. Proper breathing and regular practice of the correct movements result in strong abdominal muscles. These core muscles support our spine, facilitate breathing and actively participate in movements such as sitting, walking and running.

Breathwork

Breathwork is a conscious breathing technique that aims to improve physical, mental and emotional health by acting on the nervous system. It combines the ancient science of Pranayama with modern technology, based on rhythmic breathing, music, visualisation and guided meditation.

Breathwork helps to calm the nervous system, reduce cortisol in the body, decrease inflammation, regulate emotions, increase breathing capacity, improve sleep quality and reduce stress and anxiety. After each session, you will feel more grounded, calm and liberated, and your mind will be clear.
